    Angela..
Beautiful quote. Non Judgement and forgiveness applies to ourselves as well, for bringing hurt or pain to others.

I am still of the old school…”Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” I feel that pretty much says it.

This is a quote taken from a poem by Ronna Harman…you may know it.

“Beloved ego, you, who creates a desire to experience all that is. Remember, “All That Is” is within.

    Love and light,
    Robert

    Robert,

Beautiful quote – as always your wisdom is greatly appreciated.

You mention forgiveness of ourselves, which is such an important step in healing. So often the focus seems to be on our own wounds with little if any concern over whom we may have wounded. Forgiving ourselves can be a life changing process.

    Blessings and Light,

    Hi Angela…
Got this in my e-mail from the Kaballa newsletter this morn and wanted to share with you…
So much is involved in true healing, but the easy part is that all we need do is to go within and make the changes…
    Have a wonderful weekend.
    Blessings and light to you!
    Robert

“Are you alive? No really, are you ALIVE!?

It’s so easy to be convinced by the negative voices in our heads telling us how screwed up we are, how we’ll never meet another lover, or get out of the red, or figure out what we want to do with our lives, or heal from a sickness, or or or or…

Don’t believe what the voices say about you! Every day is a new day. The magic of life is everywhere. You never know what can happen.

What negative thoughts are eroding your passion for life today?”
